Delcia was born and raised here in Casa Grande, AZ. She is a Graduate of Casa Grande Union High School, Class of 1992. She spent a few years residing in Oceanside, California, before returning back to Casa Grande in 2003. Upon returning home, Delcia attended the Central Arizona Regional Law Officers Training Academy in 2006 and served as a Pinal County Sheriff’s Deputy for 12 years, before medically retiring due to injuries sustained during a motor vehicle accident. After retiring from PCSO in 2018, Delcia enrolled in courses through the Mission Training Center and was commissioned as a Parish Ministry Assistant here at Trinity Lutheran Church and TLC Preschool in 2021. Delcia resides in Casa Grande with her loving Husband, Paul, and their wonderful children, grandchildren and family.
